George van Houtem is as partner linked to the Holland Consulting Group. He is also deputy manager of Holland Consulting Group Onderhandelingsinstituut, together with prof. dr. Willem Mastenbroek. He guides negotiations, is a mediator in conflicts, and trains and coaches negotiation skills and techniques. George has executive experience with various types of teams in many industries. He gives council to companies and institutions in several fields, such as change management, team management, result-orientation, and potential development of teams, employees and executives.
