Loek Wijchers
Loek Wijchers has been a partner of Holland Consulting Group since 1990.
He consults businesses and non-profit organizations in areas such as strategy development, human resource management, personnel planning, Assessment Centre Method and social policies.
He was active in various positions in Personnel Departments, including as Personnel consultant and Manager Personnel & Organization for more than fifteen years. He subsequently carried out many large assignments as management consultant.
His specialty lies in developing and implementing strategic Human Resource Management policy, setting up recruitment/selection procedures and the implementation of various quality instruments (assessments, performance evaluations, work discussions and Management By Objectives). He counsels top managers and supervises all kinds of processes.
Wijchers frequently organizes courses in many fields and regularly chairs conferences. He also participates in panels, gives lectures and organizes seminars.
He has written over 100 articles and more than 25 books. Furthermore, he writes columns for different trade journals, among which 'PW-vakblad voor personeelsmanagement'. He is the editor of the 'Modellenboek Personeelswerk en Organisatie' and the book 'Functies'.
He is a member of the 'Nederlandse Vereniging van Personeelsbeleid' and the professional association of management consultants (OOA).
