Willem Mastenbroek

Willem Mastenbroek has been a partner of Holland Consulting Group since 1980.

His fields are: change management, organization design, quality and continuous result improvement. His primary interest lies with the implementation of change focused on the continuous improvement of results.

He frequently chairs strategic work conferences for entrepreneurs and managers/directors.

He is professor of Organizational Culture and Communication at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, Faculty of Economics.

Mastenbroek published, both in Holland and abroad, ten books and more than hundred articles about managing structural and cultural innovations and on issues of cooperation, negotiating and team development. In his publications he often employs an historical perspective. This perspective provides concepts and levers for improving organizational design and managing change.

Mastenbroek is a member of the Advisory Council of the Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution of the George Mason University in the United States. He is chief editor of the electronic magazine M@n@gement, member of the editorial commitee of Management & Information and of the editorial commitee of the Holland Management review.
