Rob Bertels

Rob Bertels has been a partner of Holland Consulting Group since 2001.

After finishing his study Business Law at the University of Leiden he worked several years as an internal consultant for the Ministry of Defence. At this Ministry, he accompanied several organizational developments.

Since 1989 he is allied to Holland Consulting Group as an external consultant and as such involved in facilitating strategy- and organizational changes in different organizations.
The past years he gained wide experience in supporting cultural changes, team development and quality- and client focus programmes, aimed at visible and continuous result improvement at division- and team level.

In 2000 he joined Holland Consulting Group as a director of Holland Development Center, the part of HCG which focuses on potential evaluation and -development within organizations. Meanwhile, his expertise lies in development, implementation and performance of effective coaching at organizational-, team- and individual level. In this context, he is actively involved in personal guidance of managers and the development of their personal effectiveness.

He has published several books concerning his experiences and is for example author of 'Persoonlijk Succes' (1993), 'Met Man en Macht, aanpak en instrumenten van continue resultaatverbetering' (1994) en 'Succes als Sales Manager' (1995).
