Arend Ardon

Arend Ardon has been a partner of Holland Consulting Group since 2001.
Ardon is psychologist and business administrator. He worked for High Technology Associates (Houston) as marketing representative Holland. This organization accompanied European organizations in transatlantic business. He also worked for KPMG Management Consultants and was a consultant at Holland Consulting Group during a period of five years.
After several years as an independent management consultant, he joined Holland Consulting Group as a partner in 2001. He is involved in change processes aimed at organization design, strategy implementation, customer focus, organization culture, and performance management. From his professional background he helps clients to approach change processes from the ‘harder’ design perspective as well as the ‘softer’ developmental and behavioural perspective: ‘systems and structures are useful if they help to stimulate effective behaviour’.
Ardon is member of the Board of Core Lecturers Master in Management Consultancy at RSM Erasmus University. As such, he teaches change management, strategy implementation and consultancy skills. Furthermore, he provides post-graduate lectures at several other universities and MBA-institutes.
On a regular basis he publishes on the subjects of change management, customer focus, performance management and leadership. In April 2009 he will defend his Ph.D. thesis on leadership and interventions in complex change processes. |
