Josip Petrarca

Josip Petrarca worked for 25 years in several sales and financial management positions, both with ABN AMRO bank and Rabobank. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Simon Business School (USA) and Nyenrode Business University (Netherlands).
 
In 2003 he established Pursel Performance Partners, a consulting and training firm in the field of business planning and the development of strategic client relationships.
 
In 2010 he joined Holland Consulting Group, where he supports companies in business planning, corporate finance and M&A in the Dutch mid cap market.
 
Also, he develops programmes, where professionals are trained in developing lasting and highly valuable business relationships, both with existing as new clients.
Becoming a ‘Partner in Business’, both for clients and within their own multidisciplinary organisations, is a challenge for highly skilled professionals. Developing new programmes, that influence both the skills and the attitude of the professional, have his special interest.
 
Josip Petrarca joined Willem Mastenbroek and George van Houtem as director of the Negotiation Institute, a HCG initiative.
