Cris Zomerdijk MSc has been an associate partner of Holland Consulting Group since 2010.

Cris has, and will create enthusiasm, positive energy and entrepreneurship.

He provides training and consulting in the areas of strategy, change and performance management in Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS). Projects are often aimed at increasing entrepreneurship, customer focus and innovation.

Zomerdijk supports (management) teams to develop and implement their strategy. He makes use of concepts such as strategy mapping, scenario planning and solution focused approach. Attention to both ‘hard’ (content) and ‘soft’ (behaviour) skills is key in his consulting approach.

Furthermore, he is a (guest) teacher for both students and professionals at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Rotterdam School of Management. He also conducts In-Company programs and workshops on topics such as project leadership, change management and coaching.

In cooperation with the Nyenrode Business University he conducts (market) research about performance differences within the professional services industry. He has been studying trade attorneys, law firms, notary offices and other Knowledge Intensive Business Services.
 
Based on his consulting and research experience, he regularly writes articles and research reports.
